There's this really nice near where I used to live. On the corner of Broadway and 6th street (in Rockford). A little mexican dress shop, I think the lady makes them herself, so they should be really cheap. I'm not sure, I never went inside, only saw the dresses in the window. But you should check it out if you haven't.
