Does ANYONE know where can I buy a cheap but nice wedding gown in Northwest Arkansas?!??

I'll be getting married soon and it'll be just me and my fiance, but I still want to look nice. I need to know where I can find a good price wedding gown (something simple) and also a place that will do my hair and make-up. Thanks.

check wedding websites with local boards like theknot.com and post an ad on craigslist for used wedding dresses. They can usually be amazing for really cheap and when you think about it have only been worn once. After getting it cleaned they are usually no different than buying the dresses in the bridal shops which have been tried on hundreds of times as well.

Even if you buy brand new it will probably need alterations so you aren't paying anything extra there.

You can get makeup done at the mall counters. they usually don't charge for trial runs since they want to sell you products and when you find one you like you can arrange to have them do it on the wedding day. Another option is to use places like Glamour Shots. They have the makeup people and you can usually just pay the sitting fee and they will do it. I know if I was getting married this month they are running a special where if you make an appointment and reserve it with a credit card ($20) you get the sitting fee and an 8x10 for free. If you don't buy anything they give you the 20 back. Free makeup and a free wedding photo, can't beat that.
