Please bear with me, Is there a way that would be legal to get your canadian fiance' out of jail.?
we were to be married may the 24th, became engaged feb.14. was within 2 weeks of having our home built to move into. Wedding already planned, gown bought, brides maids dresses everything ready. My salary is sufficiant to provide us a comfortable life style untill he is legal to go to work. My fiance' is canadian I am a us citizen born and raised. He has done nothing except overstayed his stay, has no previous record of anything not even a speeding ticket. His Ex turned him in so as not to let the wedding happen. Yes he was married to a us citizen several year's ago, however she divorced him afew months later. This was about 4 years ago. We had already seen an imigration attorney to start his legal proceedings when this happened, however' this does not seem to have mattered. He was taken into coustdy almost a month ago, and he has never been processed yet, we have even retained a lawyer the lawyer has not seen him. What is going on?
Contact a Lawyer ASAP !!! I wanna mean this is not a normal procediture.. I think he could be deported ??? And you dont know what else this insane "ex" say about him...
